Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations to maintain quality food, service, and sanitation standards.
• Coach, supervise, and develop Shift Leaders and hourly staff.
• Order inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels.
• Manage financial records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Management

• Recruit, hire, and train quality staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching.
• Adjust work schedules to ensure all shifts are covered.

Minimum Qualifications
